Main Responsibilities
1.Responsible for all aspects of planning， bundling， packing and construction of shipping skids for international shipment.
2.Source freight companies internationally and domestically， to maintain the most effective shipping cost structure of goods shipping from overseas and inland.
3.Ensures full compliance with all regulations.
4.Develop strategic as well as tactical logistics solutions throughout the business.
5.Responsible for the day to day activities related to the shipment and delivery of orders to our customers.
6.Accountable for outbound freight variance.

Requirements
1.Must possess excellent written， verbal， organizational and management leadership skills.
2.Must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks， have strong problem solving skills， and record keeping skills.
3.Bachelors  Degree preferred ，more than 3 years equivalent experience in logistics.
4.Ability to communicate information regarding logistics support in oral and written form to personnel at all levels.
5.Fluent in oral and written English.
